Day 4, 5, & 6 on juice.

Day 4-6 Superjuicing.

One thing that is super important to keep in mind is that juicing is not going to make you feel good overnight. You have to give it about a week or so until you start to feel real energized and amazing.  Many people think you are going to feel incredible after 2 days of juicing...but that isn't true. You will feel worse before it gets great! These couple of days have been hard but so worth it. Some of the juices taste yummy and others not so good but I know that my body is getting all the right nutrients so I know that it's worth it. Physically, I have been feeling better (little by little) but emotionally WOW...I feel so happy! Armando and I have been walking around the neighborhood and just really soaking it all in and exercising. I have enjoyed every second of it! On day 6 we found a coconut and pretty flowers which made us super happy because we were able to drink fresh coconut water. It was delicious!

One question I have been asked a lot is if I am able to exercise...the answer is YES!! You are supposed to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Our exercise routine includes: running, walking, yoga, & lifting weights. I can honestly say that if you don't exercise with this plan, you are missing out because exercising is what is going to give you that boost of energy.
